1. Shipping Locations

We ship worldwide from our warehouse in China. All orders are processed and shipped from Clau Cris Distribution Center

2. Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday)
• Orders placed on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day
• Customized items may require additional 3-5 business days

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing

4. Shipping Costs

• Free standard shipping on orders over $100 USD
• Standard shipping: $8 USD (international), $5 USD (domestic China)
• Express shipping: Calculated at checkout based on destination
• Customs duties & taxes: Calculated at checkout for most countries

5. Order Tracking

• Tracking numbers are emailed within 24 hours of shipment
• Track your order on our website or carrier's site
• International shipments may show limited tracking until arrival in destination country

6. Customs & Import Duties

• All international shipments may be subject to customs fees
• We pre-calculate and include duties at checkout for most countries
• Recipient is responsible for any unexpected fees (rare)
• Shipments marked as "Gift" under $800 USD value are usually duty-free

7. Shipping Restrictions

We cannot ship to:

• PO Boxes (signature required for delivery)
• Certain restricted countries (check at checkout)
• Addresses with incomplete/incorrect information

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

• Report missing packages 15 days after estimated delivery date
• Damaged items must be reported within 7 days of delivery
• Provide photos of damaged packaging/items to support@claucris.com
• We insure all shipments against loss or damage

9. Holiday Shipping

During peak seasons (Nov-Jan):

• Processing may take 3-5 business days
• Delivery times may extend by 7-10 days
• Check our website for holiday cutoff dates
