Return Policy
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible:
- Items must be unused, in original condition with all tags attached
- Original packaging must be intact
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required
- Personalized/customized items are final sale
2. How to Initiate a Return
Follow these steps:
- Email returns@claucris.com with your order number
- We'll provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and shipping instructions
- Package items securely with the RAN clearly visible
- Ship to our returns center using a trackable service
3. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- We recommend insuring your return package
4. Refund Processing
- Refunds are issued within 5 business days after we receive your return
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method
- Sale items are eligible for exchange or store credit only
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@claucris.com
- Include photos of the item and packaging
- We'll provide a prepaid return label and expedite replacement
6. International Returns
International customers:
- Follow standard return procedures
- Mark package as "RETURNED GOODS" to avoid customs fees
- Customs duties are non-refundable
7. Exchanges
For size or color exchanges:
- Place a new order for the desired item
- Return original item following standard return process
- We'll refund the original purchase after receiving return
