Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition with all tags attached
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required
  • Personalized/customized items are final sale

2. How to Initiate a Return

Follow these steps:

  1. Email returns@claucris.com with your order number
  2. We'll provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and shipping instructions
  3. Package items securely with the RAN clearly visible
  4. Ship to our returns center using a trackable service

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • We recommend insuring your return package

4. Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued within 5 business days after we receive your return
  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method
  • Sale items are eligible for exchange or store credit only

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@claucris.com
  • Include photos of the item and packaging
  • We'll provide a prepaid return label and expedite replacement

6. International Returns

International customers:

  • Follow standard return procedures
  • Mark package as "RETURNED GOODS" to avoid customs fees
  • Customs duties are non-refundable

7. Exchanges

For size or color exchanges:

  • Place a new order for the desired item
  • Return original item following standard return process
  • We'll refund the original purchase after receiving return
